Tuna Salad Sandwich

This was Keeper Pike’s sandwich of choice when eating at the Moonwater Café, and Cyrus likes it because it reminds him of Keeper Pike.

Ingredients

2 (7oz) cans Tuna

1 heaping cup Celery

1/2 cup Dill Pickles

1/4 cup Mini Sweet Peppers

1 1/2 tsp Dried Dill

1/2 cup Mayonnaise (To Start)

Lettuce

Sturdy Bread of Choice

Instructions

Drain the cans and dump the tuna into a mixing bowl.

Chop the celery, pickles, and peppers and put into the mixing bowl with the tuna.

Add the dill and mayonnaise, then mash and stir with a fork to break up and incorporate the tuna. Add more mayonnaise, if desired.

Serve on a sturdy bread, such as whole wheat, with a piece or two of lettuce right beneath the top piece of bread.
